If you order a piece and you do not like it, and it is returned with in 7 days.
I will give you a full refund. When the piece is returned
to me it must be in the same condition as it was when it was shipped to you. I will refund
money after receiving the returned piece.
Returns of "Custom Work": For custom made pieces that would be difficult to resell, there will be no refund unless I made a mistake with your design specifications or measurement. You will be asked to confirm your design specifications and the measurements for a piece in writing before I begin to work on the piece. If I have made the error, I will remake the piece at no additional charge or refund your money.
Made to order items
Most furniture and some of my boxes are made to order. I will work with you to make sure the piece meets your needs. You can select the wood, finish, and add or take away features to make the piece uniquely yours. For items over $500, a 50% deposit is required, the remaining 50% plus shipping is due when the piece is completed. For items under $500, full payment is required at order date.
Depending on my order back log, order to ship time can vary. Normally you can plan on 3 to 5 weeks from order date.
For boxes and other small items, the web page will show availability of that item.
Pens & Pencils are made to order and usually ship in two days.
Ground Shipping is $10 for Order under 100, $20 for Order $100 - $250 and $30 for orders over $250. There is an extra charge for 2 day, 3 day or overnight shipping.
I accept Paypal. Paying with Paypal is secure and safe for you. You can use your credit card or checking account. You will be transferred to the Paypal secure sever for entering your credit card information. If you are not already a Paypal member, you will need to sign up. This is very quick and easy.
2) The old fashioned way
You can mail me a check for the item you would like. You will need to email or call me so I can set aside your item for you.
